Blue Gillespie are playing a gig on 26th March 2010 at Winnington Park Recreation Club in Northwich. Tickets for the gig can now be reserved in advance.

Gareth will be appearing on our radios on the 9th March 2010. Gareth will be on BBC radio 4 at 3:30 p.m. reading Getting Up by Sian Preece winner of the Rhys Davies short story competition.

Gareth was apparently a judge this past weekend at open auditions for this years Fashion Wales Live event taking place on Friday April 30th at the Newport Centre. Over 300 people came forward to audition for Gareth and his fellow judges.

Finally Gareth will be appearing at SFX Weekender this weekend. Gareth is due to attend the event on Saturday.

Reviews of the Girl Number 9 dvd and Sherlock Holmes in which Gareth features as Doctor Watson have been added to the 2010 Press Archive.

Don't forget that Gareth's episode of The Bill: Duty Call airs tonight at 9:00 p.m. in the UK.

Finally Blue Gillespie have decided to call their debut album Synesthesia and are raising funds for the album launch. If you'd like to help visit their ebay page to bid on signed posters and t-shirts.

Gareth has been announced as appearing at Wales Comic Con on Sunday 25th April. The event is held at Glyndwr University, Mold Road, Wrexham from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Entry is £5 or £3 for under 14's.

After the event Blue Gillespie will be playing at the student guild at the university from 8:00 p.m till 11:00. Doors open at 7:00 and tickets cost £8 (£3 for students). Over 14's only.

Blue Gillespie have also been announced as playing at Spank Nite at The Rhonnda Hotel in Porth on Friday 2nd July at 7:30 p.m. Website states that the venue has a strict over 18's only admission policy. Tickets cost £6

Finally tickets for Blue Gillespie's upcoming Glasgow gig are now on sale and can be purchased for £7 each from We Got Tickets.

Thanks to Sue pictures of Gareth from his stage appearance in Three Women and a Piano Tuner at the Chichester Festival have been added to the gallery.

Details of Gareth's episode of The Bill have been released by ITV (Be warned the synopsis is very detailed and will spoil the plot for you so view at your risk!)

Some SFX shots from Gareth's upcoming film Sherlock Holmes have been released by The Asylum. (Gareth is not featured in the clips). You can see the clips here and don't forget you can order the dvd direct from The Asylum here.

Finally The Casimir Effect is incredibly close to its fundraising goal for 2009 - being barely £150 short. They need to reach their goal by the end of tomorrow. You can help out either by purchasing items from the on-line store or by making a donation. If you donate £10 your name will be listed in the closing credits of the film.

A special New Year's promo for the new series of The Bill has been released on the official website which includes footage from Gareth's episode.

Cinderella 

Gareth has now begun his run as Prince Charming in Cinderella at the Preston Guildhall. The panto is on until 3rd January 2010 and while many performances are sold out there are still tickets available if you want to see Gareth in his  premiere panto appearance. Reviews of Cinderella from The Stage and the Lancashire Evening Post have been added to the 2009 Press Archive.

Blue Gillespie

In Blue Gillespie news advance tickets are no longer available for their upcoming gig at Destiny Live Music Venue in Preston on 28th December 2009. However around 20/30 tickets will be available at the door at the cost of £10 each. 

For any budding web designers time is running out for you to enter the competition to design Blue Gillespie's website - the closing date is the 20th December so get those entries in. 

Blue Gillespie have also set up a mailing list and as an incentive the first 1000 people who join will get a free MP3 track - sign up here.

A new range of Blue Gillespie merchandise including badges, beanies and keyrings have also been added to the Blue Gillespie merchandise site.

Sherlock Holmes

Sherlock Holmes - the dvd from The Asylum in which Gareth plays Doctor Watson is now available to pre-order. The dvd can be ordered directly from The Asylum at the cost of $17.99 (shipping to the UK is $10.50) or from Amazon.com at the cost of $22.49 (shipping to the UK $6.48).
